About the Role

This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Wholesale business, including sales activities, order entry and processing, customer record maintenance, and exceptional service for wholesale accounts. It involves close collaboration with production and logistics teams for accurate order management and timely fulfillment. This position is an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing, and values-driven workplace within the apparel and fashion industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales activities and client relationship management.
  • Manage wholesale order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the production team for order fulfillment according to client specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service to wholesale clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock level monitoring and replenishment coordination.
  • Attend seasonal line reviews and product meetings to stay informed on assortment strategy, product development, and wholesale merchandising.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team for product information, marketing assets, and seasonal campaign materials.
  • Support seasonal market preparation by coordinating samples, preparing selling tools, line sheets, and organizing product information for buyer appointments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
