About the Role
This role involves providing top-notch, cost-effective service for installing and maintaining Dispense Systems in the On-Trade, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage equipment, performing both planned preventative and reactive maintenance. The role requires using laptops and handheld devices for reports, balancing independent work with an on-call rota, and building strong relationships with customers and teammates while collaborating across teams to maintain high health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch, cost-effective service for installing and maintaining Dispense Systems in the On-Trade
- Install, maintain, and repair beverage equipment across various locations
- Ensure drinks flow smoothly
- Perform planned preventative maintenance
- Perform reactive maintenance
- Use laptops and handheld devices for paperwork and reports
- Balance independent work with being part of an on-call rota
- Build relationships with customers and teammates
- Collaborate across teams to maintain high standards, including health and safety
Requirements
- Current UK Driving License
- Experienced Drinks Dispense Technician
- Comfortable with tech tools like laptops and other devices
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle on-call shifts
- Enjoys building positive relationships with customers
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in soft drinks
- Experience in line cleaning
- Experience in cellar work
- Experience setting up wine and cask ale systems
