About the Role
The role involves applying expertise in real estate law, particularly private building and architect law, to manage large and complex project participations. Legal advice covers the entire process from acquisition to development and sale of commercial, residential, and special properties, allowing the candidate to experience the full scope of real estate.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, independent support and proactive advice on all real estate law topics for existing properties, including coordinating external lawyers.
- Serve as an internal and external contact for real estate law, especially private building and architect law.
- Participate in contract drafting and negotiation for existing properties.
- Draft and review contracts and documents, particularly construction and architect contracts.
- Support the legal department with additional legal topics.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer with convincing exam results.
- Practical experience in real estate law, with a focus on private building and architect law.
- High sense of responsibility and desire for continuous development and new challenges.
- Solution-oriented approach, entrepreneurial thinking, and creativity with strong business understanding.
