About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will build brand awareness and develop compelling collateral to support organizational goals. This role involves collaborating on marketing content execution, developing sales materials, creating project information pages, maintaining the CRM system, managing townhalls, and ensuring brand alignment. Responsibilities
- Manage the project marketing qualification and production process.
- Communicate information, deliverables, content needs, and deadlines to the team.
- Collect project-specific information and develop boilerplate content.
- Integrate technical responses to ensure consistent messaging and visuals.
- Coordinate new service efforts with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and develop internal and external content to build a consistent brand image.
- Develop project or service line specific stories and content illustrating technical expertise.
- Maintain and update project information in the CRM system.
- Ensure consistency of corporate identity standards in all produced materials.
- Support special projects related to function and skillsets as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and detail-oriented team player.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and graphic design/layout skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of strong proposal writing and production experience in A/E/C industry preferred.
- Experience managing social media channels is a plus.
- Available for minimal travel.
