About the Role
Support sales and solutions consulting teams by providing technical and functional assistance for key opportunities in the SMB market. Understand customer requirements and demonstrate Zendesk solutions. Act as a technical bridge between Sales and customer prospects, managing and presenting technical information in virtual and occasional onsite meetings. Develop professional skills through training, mentorship, and industry events, gaining exposure to Go To Market functions and direct customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales and solutions consulting teams in developing proposals, preparing presentations, delivering solution assets/demonstrations, and managing customer relationships to drive sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with various Go-to-Market teams to understand different functions and their contribution to business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decisions.
- Support sales and marketing teams in campaigns, content creation, and demand generation for Zendesk solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field with applicable coursework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office productivity software.
- Awareness of AI technologies (LLM, ChatGPT) and web/scripting technologies (e.g., HTML and CSS) and SaaS applications is ideal.
- Internship or relevant experience in sales, call centers, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset.

- US hourly OTE: $49.04-$73.08 (80/20 base/commission pay mix)
