About the Role

The Master Fitter is responsible for custom-fitting golf clubs to customer specifications while providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Custom-fit golf clubs to customer specifications.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Gather, input, and report customer data.
• Provide prompt and exceptional customer follow-up.
• Maintain strong relationships and engagement with assigned Golf Town retail locations.
• Provide regular in-person presence at assigned retail locations.
• Deliver agreed fitting and training schedules to assigned retail locations.
• Support compliance with PXG brand standards at assigned retail locations.
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration with team members.
• Increase revenue and profitability.
• Maintain strong communications with HQ and provide territory updates.
• Maintain superior product knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in golf retail sales and customer service.
• Relevant golf industry experience.
• Access to a personal vehicle.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license and clean driving record.
