About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, lead cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers on medium and large-scale digital projects. Guide clients through the Design Thinking Process to deliver cutting-edge user experiences. Leverage experience to solve complex business problems, collaborating with clients from brainstorming through technical delivery, including AI potential. This role involves leading teams, mentoring junior members, and working with Strategy, Project Management, User Experience (UX) Design, and Technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Support engagement leads on projects from rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital transformations
- Strategize and create digital solutions for diverse clients and verticals
- Lead strategy and design thinking workshops
- Understand and interpret client business challenges and goals to deliver elegant user experiences with design and technology teams
- Ensure client goals and project timelines are met
- Act as a design and technology thought leader on existing and emerging trends, including AI
- Structure presentations, documentation, and RFP responses
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leading strategy, design, and technology teams through medium and large-scale digital projects
- Clear understanding of management, business, and finance processes
- Strong track record in liaising with and collaborating with clients
- Demonstrable passion for user experience, digital design, and technology
- Constant desire to learn about the latest technologies
- Keen eye for great digital design
- Excellent communication skills
