About the Role

Lead large-scale digital innovation projects for consumer and enterprise clients, connecting design, business, and technology to deliver world-class digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design research, ideation, and creation of digital interfaces across platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop optimal solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, meeting timelines and deliverables.
• Provide clear, honest, and considerate design feedback.
• Advocate for continuous learning and support design team growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1 year leading UX and UI design.
• Solid understanding of creating user-centered experiences with complex requirements.
• Drive innovation and lead creative workflows and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to clients or stakeholders.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Expertise in motion design and web or mobile development (bonus).
