About the Role
The Overnight Task Team Outfitter supports retail store operations by focusing on non-selling tasks during overnight hours. This role aims to enhance customer service and selling opportunities for Sales Outfitters by efficiently completing operational duties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general replenishment for all retail areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts
- Support inventory management through on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrities
- Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review
- Perform recovery tasks across departments such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging
- Support visual merchandising, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end cap updates, visual directives, floor moves, and mannequin dressing
- Prepare and set up merchandise for advertisements and perform department resets as required
- Support planogram execution and maintenance across all hardlines departments
- Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods

Skills
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment
- Ability to work overnight shifts
