About the Role

As an Associate Consultant, you will work in a multifaceted role in collaboration with our Strategy, Project Management, Design, and Technology teams. You will support senior team members on our projects as you build up your experience in the role. You enjoy solving complex business problems by creating smart, intuitive, and human centered experiences. You have an excellent eye for detail, love to learn, and enjoy new challenges. Technology excites you and you’re on top of emerging trends.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating digital solutions for diverse clients and verticals
Develop expertise as a design and technology thought leader across industries
Support the team in understanding client business challenges and goals
Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences
Gather client business process, success factor, marketplace, and competitive standing information through interviews and research
Coordinate and participate in UX design thinking, technology architecture, and project planning/delivery workshops
Structure presentations, documentation, and RFP responses

Requirements

Previous experience in consulting, user experience, or software development (asset)
Demonstrable passion for and understanding of user experiences and technology
Excellent writing and communication skills
Desire to learn about latest technology trends, including AI
Strong problem-solving ability
Self-motivated with a desire for daily excellence
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Comfortable with presenting and public speaking (asset)
