About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will support brand managers across online and offline marketing projects, with a strong emphasis on content creation, social media, and digital storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production of marketing deliverables with creative, project management, and interactive marketing teams
- Execute content development and production for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and video channels (YouTube) from concept to final edit
- Write internal project briefs, creative briefs, and assist with other writing projects
- Partner with internal brand stakeholders to shepherd projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
- Review copy and design for accuracy and adherence to brand standards
- Support media plan management, information gathering, and analysis
- Assist in managing marketing programs including email, conventions, print, paid media, and social channels
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take and disseminate notes
- Process invoicing and credit card charges; facilitate budget requests
- Assist brand manager with special requests as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or business
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Strong writer
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage project flow
- Extensive PC knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
