About the Role

This role requires a successful career in digital, managing cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers, and leading large, complex projects from inception to completion. Primary responsibilities include leading strategy, management consulting, design, and technology delivery engagements, managing client expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role involves leading the team by example, overseeing the full project lifecycle in collaboration with senior leadership. As a senior team member, you will leverage experience with diverse clients and projects, applying Konrad’s Strategy and Design Thinking Process to solve complex business problems, guide clients through brainstorming, and create impactful end-to-end customer experiences, including leveraging AI. Demonstrable experience in leading medium and large teams and mentoring junior members is essential.

Responsibilities

Manage engagement processes including strategy, design thinking, project scope, timelines, organization, resourcing, implementation, and risk management.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project and program vision alignment and achievement.
Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and independently resolving project and program level issues.
Proactively solve problems and identify improvement opportunities.
Strategize and create software solutions for diverse clients and verticals.
Lead user experience design thinking workshops with clients.
Identify business development opportunities and grow business with existing clients.
Lead in understanding client business challenges and goals, collaborating with design and technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences.
Act as a design and technology thought leader on existing and emerging technology trends, including AI.
Mentor team members.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent experience leading management consulting, strategy, design, and technology teams.
Excellent relationship building skills with ability to influence.
Clear understanding of complex management, business, and finance processes across various verticals.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving ability.
Strong track record collaborating with clients from diverse industries.
Proven history of simultaneously leading multiple large and complex programs.
Deep understanding of existing and emerging design, project management processes, and technology.
Experience mentoring and developing team members.
