About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers on medium and large-scale digital projects, guiding clients through the Design Thinking Process to deliver cutting-edge user experiences. As a senior team member, you will leverage your experience with diverse industry clients to solve complex business problems, collaborating and leading clients from early brainstorming and impactful user experience creation, including AI potential, through to technical delivery and implementation. The role requires demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring junior team members, and involves collaboration with Strategy, Project Management, User Experience (UX) Design, and Technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Support engagement leads on diverse digital projects, from rapid initiatives to large-scale transformations.
- Strategize and create digital solutions for various clients and verticals.
- Lead client strategy and design thinking workshops.
- Interpret client business challenges and goals, collaborating with design and technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences.
- Ensure client goals and project timelines are met.
- Act as a thought leader on design and emerging technology trends, including AI.
- Structure presentations, documentation, and request for proposal responses.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading strategy, design, and technology teams on medium and large-scale digital projects.
- Clear understanding of management, business, and finance processes.
- Strong track record of client liaison and collaboration.
- Demonstrable passion for user experience, digital design, and technology.
