About the Role
Ensure Swift’s Enterprise Risk Framework is effective, efficient, and embedded by collaborating with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework and key stakeholders across the ERM Policy & Methodology team, the Risk Department, and Swift.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework in designing, developing, implementing, and embedding methodology changes to continuously improve Swift’s Enterprise Risk Management approach, ensuring it remains dynamic, aligns with regulatory requirements, and meets industry standards.
- Maintain the effectiveness of Swift’s ERM Framework collateral to meet business owner and Risk Partner needs.
- Support the refresh and delivery of core ERM Framework components, including Risk Appetite, Key Risk Indicators, and organizational tolerances.
- Perform analysis of Enterprise Risk data to assess ERM Framework implementation and collaborate with Risk Partners to continuously improve implementation and data quality.
- Develop and support effective risk reporting that creates organizational impact and insight for decision-making.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar Enterprise Risk Management role with subject matter expertise.
- ISO31000 or similar Enterprise Risk Management certification.
- Experience developing and producing impactful risk reporting for senior audiences.
