About the Role
El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the founders' decade in Mexico City, dedicated to authentic produce, fresh tortillas, and working directly with Mexican suppliers. We are proud recipients of a Sustainable Restaurant Association Star. Our teams understand the importance of ingredients to the dishes served. We are deeply invested in sourcing wonderful mezcals and tequilas, making every day a fiesta. - Experience in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant
