About the Role

This role is embedded within Abnormal AI's Engineering organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across Abnormal's engineering teams, working in direct partnership with hiring leaders, Abnormal's internal Rec-Ops team, Talent Marketing, and Coordination functions. The contractor operates with significant autonomy to design and execute hiring strategy, applying innovative, efficient, and data-driven tactics to deliver high-quality, high-velocity hiring outcomes for assigned groups.

Responsibilities

Deliver against quarterly hiring goals
Build pipeline and craft compelling messages to attract top passive talent
Conduct 15+ recruiter phone screens per week with quality candidates
Manage req pipeline submissions (RPS) and identify improvement opportunities
Partner with hiring leaders for efficient, effective full-cycle recruitment
Understand internal organizational structure and dependencies
Operate tools and systems with consistency and high data integrity
Contribute to company culture through positive energy, collaboration, and shared learnings
Demonstrate career-level recruiting expertise on digital platforms
Leverage data to articulate compelling narratives for stakeholders
Communicate pipeline data to hiring partners and identify impediments
Source effectively in high-volume environments with applicant noise
Conduct market research on low-TAM roles and escalate findings

Requirements

8+ years of experience hiring top talent at a SaaS or similar organization
Deep experience partnering with hiring teams consultatively
Fluency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals in high-growth environments
Maintain ATS hygiene and proactive candidate/stakeholder communication
Analyze market data on low-TAM roles and escalate findings
Proactively drive sourcing to anticipate pipeline needs
