About the Role
Lead and deliver technology initiatives within the CRM & Telephony and Document Management pillar, reporting to the CTO - Transformation. Drive strategic alignment, oversee program delivery, and ensure transformation outcomes support long-term organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide program leadership, setting direction, priorities, and managing resources across the technology transformation lifecycle.
- Engage and collaborate with executive committee members and senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and align with transformation delivery objectives.
- Drive innovation and technical excellence, ensuring robust and future-ready solutions.
- Manage a delivery pillar budget of $15m+, monitor financial performance, and ensure commercial value.
- Champion delivery excellence, ensuring consistent achievement of milestones, quality standards, and desired outcomes.
- Build and lead an effective delivery team of technical specialists and delivery professionals.
- Identify and proactively manage risks and issues, adapting plans to maintain momentum and minimize disruption.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment, supporting continuous improvement and team member development.
- Represent the organization externally as an ambassador for technology transformation.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex technology transformation programs, including centralized CRM platforms (MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform) and enterprise-wide archiving and document management solutions.
- 10+ years in Project/Programme Management (flexible based on knowledge).
- Experience with MS Dynamics and Power Platform (highly desirable).
- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or other regulated industries (highly desirable).
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, comfortable operating at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrable financial management experience, with a focus on outcomes and quality.
