About the Role

As a key player in large-scale campaigns, this role ensures successful execution of multi-phased and complex creative work. Responsibilities include overseeing project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, execution, team resource management, and progress monitoring. Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful project execution, delivering on time, on budget, and as scoped.
  • Track hours and budgets against SOW and internal tracking systems.
  • Map out project planning, including phases, deliverables, milestones, and resource needs.
  • Provide operational support to ensure timely delivery by scheduling meetings, hosting check-ins, drafting notes, developing action items, and communicating assignments and deadlines.
  • Provide project-level input to enhance work efficiency and quality, advocating for the agency/client relationship.
  • Understand staffing and scope requirements to inform scopes of work.
  • Facilitate business objectives and expectations, communicating changes to internal teams.
  • Facilitate communication across all departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, Executive Leadership).
  • Proactively identify and resolve project blind spots and roadblocks.
  • Estimate hours from cross-functional teams for each phase to inform budget, then monitor hours burned.
  • Schedule resources for each phase, including estimated dates and needed resources.
  • Collaborate with team leads to assign optimal team members based on expertise.
  • Escalate issues to team leads if deadlines, hours burned, or scope are in jeopardy.
  • Actively drive projects forward, keeping cross-functional teams on target and anticipating pitfalls.
  • Work with the account team to secure client input, feedback, and approvals.
  • Work with the production team to manage deadlines, timelines, and budgetary needs.
  • Audit, support, and recommend/build processes, systems, and documents to improve strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple client programs simultaneously within tight deadlines, seeing projects through from start to finish.
  • Potentially integrate with clients on key projects as needed.
  • Spread joy.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of project management experience in a marketing/creative agency setting.
  • Experience in innovative social media campaigns, video content production, and influencer campaigns preferred.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple phases and moving parts.
  • Experience with campaigns exceeding $2M.
  • Solid background working with cross-functional teams across client service, strategy, creative, and production.
  • Extensive experience and fluency in social media, supporting omni-channel campaign management.

Skills

  • Proficient with Google Suite.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Salesforce, Harvest).
  • Stellar communication skills.
