About the Role
Provide Partner-led service and passion for food to customers, enhancing the Waitrose brand impression and fostering loyalty. Night premium of £3.75 per hour applies for hours worked between 22:00 - 06:00. Applicants must be 18 years or over due to working time regulations.
Responsibilities
- Replenish stock to ensure shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
- Fulfill online customer orders for driver delivery.
- Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns for expiring items.
- Support the wider shop team, including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand customer orders.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.
- Customer-facing role experience is welcomed.
- Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends.
