About the Role
Our HRBPs partner with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching. You will use advanced professional HR concepts to guide all organizational levels, applying specialized human resources expertise to resolve highly complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily HR support to multiple departments and leaders.
- Establish and develop proactive relationships and communication channels with leadership and employees.
- Communicate and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, laws, and Company programs.
- Track relevant metrics and analytics to report on talent-related service impact.
- Partner with HR leadership, facility leadership, or legal to facilitate resolution of employee relations issues, corrective action/coaching, and payroll-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee relations records per company policy and legal requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HRBP Role.
- Broad technical HR knowledge from employment law to talent management, training, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to leverage data to understand challenges and drive initiatives.
- Ability to build business partnerships by demonstrating an understanding of business fundamentals and decision-making processes.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently and autonomously.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
