About the Role
As a Consultant, Strategy & Technology, you will collaborate with team members to deliver digital projects and guide clients through the Design Thinking Process for cutting-edge user experiences. You will understand and solve complex business problems, working with teams and clients on brainstorming, creating impactful end-user experiences, leveraging AI, and overseeing technical delivery and implementation. The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for designing smart, intuitive, and human-centered experiences and will work collaboratively with Strategy, Project Management, User Experience (UX) Design, and Technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Support senior team members on projects, from rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital transformation.
- Assist in creating digital solutions for diverse clients and verticals.
- Lead and participate in user experience design thinking workshops with clients.
- Understand and interpret client business challenges and goals, collaborating with design and technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences.
- Gather client business process information, critical success factors, and competitive standing through interviews and research.
- Manage and coordinate projects.
- Act as a design and technology thought leader on existing and emerging technology trends, including AI.
- Structure presentations, documentation, and request for proposal responses.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in strategy, design, and/or technology engagements.
- Demonstrable passion for user experience, digital design, and technology.
- Strong track record in client liaison and collaboration.
- Keen interest in learning about the latest technologies.
- Appreciation for great digital design.
- Excellent written competency and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated with a desire for daily excellence.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Comfortable with presenting and public speaking.
