About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven attorney to join our Legal & Business Affairs team to structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial transactions. If you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and are passionate about music, technology, and artificial intelligence, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a cross-functional legal partner for music, business development, and consumer partnership teams.
• Structure, negotiate, and close various agreements, including music and business development partnerships, developer agreements, and general commercial transactions.
• Develop commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates and strategic playbooks, to accelerate commercial momentum.
• Leverage deal lawyer experience to provide commercial advantage and facilitate smarter, faster business decisions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active US state bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience, with preferred substantial in-house and music or entertainment experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with business and technical teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical audiences.
• Hands-on approach to projects and low-ego collaboration across the organization.
• Positive collaborative attitude, adaptability to fast-paced environments, high integrity, and intellectual curiosity.
• Eligible to work in the US.
