About the Role

Join an early-stage company building software and data infrastructure for highly regulated, data-intensive industries. This foundational engineering role involves working directly with founders to design and build core product experiences, implement customer deployments, and establish engineering systems and practices. Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship full-stack product features, including database design, APIs, and frontend applications.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems and structured data sources.
Develop infrastructure for AI-powered product capabilities.
Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Translate requirements into production software in collaboration with founders and users.
Partner with customers for implementation and onboarding.
Configure integrations, data mappings, and deployment workflows.
Participate in customer conversations and integrate feedback into product decisions.
Support and maintain built systems, including incident response and operational troubleshooting.
Establish engineering practices for testing, deployments, observability, and code review.
Mentor future team members and shape the engineering culture.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing software.
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web application development.
Full-stack experience with front-end applications, APIs, databases, background services, and complex operational or enterprise data systems.
Experience building and deploying AI-enabled product features.
Familiarity with prompt management, evaluation workflows, agent-based systems, and modern LLM tooling.
Strong product judgment and ability to work effectively with limited process or oversight.
Experience in customer-facing engineering, implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or forward deployed engineering roles.
Familiarity with enterprise deployment requirements, security standards, and compliance-focused environments.
