Success is measured by delivering technical solutions, producing clear documentation, and contributing to technology strategy and innovation, ultimately improving operational efficiency and supporting business goals within a culture of innovation, agile methodologies, and transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software solutions that support engineering projects and meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies.
  • Create clear documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements.
  • Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals.
  • Present innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services based on industry research.
  • Build and maintain front-end and full-stack features for customer-facing commerce experiences, including purchase flows, cart, and checkout.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of related work experience, OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • TypeScript proficiency
  • Front-end development for high-availability, high-traffic applications

  • Svelte or Alpine.js component development
  • REST and GraphQL API integration
  • Node.js (API layer/server-side)

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations

  • Base Pay Range: $92,500 - $166,800
  • Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
