About the Role

This vital role within Nord Anglia Education's Group Central Support team, based at the London Headquarter Office, spearheads and coordinates engagement initiatives across an extensive global network of schools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with schools, regional stakeholders, and education research leads.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing engagement for schools and teachers involved in education research programs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned schools, providing tailored support and effective communication.
  • Support the design and delivery of professional development aligned with research priorities.
  • Drive participation in large-scale research initiatives, including data collection and program implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful research programs.
  • Lead meetings and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and progress across projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate engagement and learning initiatives, using data to inform improvements.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance teacher engagement and program impact.
  • Develop and deliver engaging online training and create high-quality digital resources.
  • Maintain strong relationships with teachers, incorporating feedback into future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified
  • International teaching experience
  • Experience in teacher professional development
  • Comfortable with collaborative and cross-functional working
  • Experience creating inspirational, collaborative, and informative PD environments
  • Experience in learning design for live, asynchronous and online contexts
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience of Microsoft software
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, take direction, be flexible, and collaborate effectively
  • Creative approach to learning design
