About the Role
Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently answering phone calls and handling escalation cases for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis brands. Meet assigned SLAs and support Senior and Manager, Customer Care with various tasks. Work rotating shifts between 8:30 am and 8 pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently answer incoming calls regarding lease and loan accounts.
- Update the servicing system with detailed notes after each call.
- Identify and resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints compassionately and courteously.
- Maintain professionalism and establish positive rapport with customers.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators.
- Problem-solve to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Escalate matters to appropriate teams or departments as needed.
- Follow up with customers and/or dealers on complaint and question resolution.
- Manage Customer Care Queues, letter generation, and other servicing system tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment preferred.
- Automotive finance experience is a plus.
- Experience in a corporate work environment preferred.
- College Diploma or University degree preferred.
Skills
- Bilingual French Canadian/English communication (verbal and written).
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter, team-oriented, and results-driven.
- Capacity to work flexible hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve.
Education Level
- College Diploma or University degree preferred
