About the Role

The ideal entry-level candidate has a background in graphic design and experience designing and documenting environmental graphics, creating illustrations, and murals. This role supports project directors, teams, fabricators, and clients on various environmental graphics and branded environment projects.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to environmental graphic design, illustration, and murals from concept to execution for built environment projects.
  • Support multiple design teams in developing, designing, and implementing environmental graphics within projects.
  • Support design intent packages, including specifications, materials, details, and locations for designed elements.
  • Collaborate with internal design practices such as workplace, retail, education, and health & wellness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or similar.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in environmental graphics, illustration, murals, and designing user-experience based environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in CAD Tools.
  • Initial experience reading architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details (a plus).
  • Coordinating with architectural teams and fabricators on projects (a plus).
  • Sketchup experience (a plus).
  • Revit experience (a plus).
