About the Role
Join Noah's New York Bagels, a friendly gathering place serving fresh bagels since 1989. We are committed to quality food and team work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM. As a Team Member, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and enjoys a positive experience. This role offers career growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Team Members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed
- Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience
- Provide excellent guest service
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required
