About the Role

This role is at the heart of new business, designing winning work from pitch decks to digital storytelling. It offers a fast-moving, high-impact environment for a designer to create, collaborate, and make an impact in the media world.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually striking pitch decks using PowerPoint.
  • Co-create content for digital, social, film, and live presentations.
  • Build and maintain pitch microsites and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and motion specialists.
  • Bring ideas to life through data visualization and photography.
  • Support campaign delivery and creative production across teams.

Requirements

  • Digital native mindset with understanding of content, social, and visual culture.
  • Strong creative instinct and craft in design, layout, and detail.
  • Ability to tell stories through design, motion, or imagery.
  • Curiosity and ambition for art, design, and emerging technology.
  • Collaborative energy, clear communication, and ability to deliver in deadline-driven environments.

Skills

  • Strong PowerPoint design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Interest in content, social, UX, and digital experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of motion (After Effects / Premiere is a bonus).
  • Ability to present and articulate creative ideas clearly.
