Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams on product development.
- Lead live fit sessions with the design team to ensure product fit.
- Create comprehensive fit comments with supporting imagery and diagrams.
- Communicate daily with global suppliers to ensure fit and quality standards.
- Prioritize workload to meet critical business deadlines.
- Approve care labels and test reports.
- Manage departmental product returns, investigate high-returning styles, and implement solutions to meet targets.
- Develop junior team members for departmental progression.
- Support and educate suppliers to ensure consistent quality and fit.
- Implement departmental projects to standardize and improve processes.
- Collaborate with the inbound QC team to improve quality and reduce customer returns.
- Travel to visit supply base and warehouse as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as senior technologist (preferred)
- Pattern cutting background (preferred)
- Desire for team progression and growth
