About the Role
Facilitate the growth of the consulting practice by supporting sales productivity and deal flow. Secure the technical close in complex Data Analytics/AI solutions, including Microsoft Fabric, Co-Pilot, Snowflake, and Databricks. Collaborate with sales and delivery resources to ensure proposed technical solutions address customer needs and are supported by key technical decision-makers. Achieve productivity quotas based on sales resources, market, industry, and channel. This role supports pursuits across the nation, with flexible or partial work-from-home options available.
Responsibilities
- Work deals assigned to the sales team, prioritizing efforts to maximize team productivity
- Proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements, assess needs, and recommend value-optimizing solutions
- Secure input from all necessary customer solution stakeholders and adapt solutions as needed
- Coordinate with internal sales and delivery resources to align solution design with business requirements
- Secure technical staff commitments from customers to ensure a deal’s technical close
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in supported product lines, market areas, channels, or teams
- Provide coaching and professional development to sales associates to enhance product knowledge, technical acumen, and sales skills
- Pursue additional business development opportunities within clients and collaborate with sales for effective coverage and advancement
- Maintain strong relationships with channel teams, partner technology specialists, and partner sales executives
- Stay updated on product announcements, sales incentives, and programs, communicating important changes to consulting and sales teams
- Assist in the development of go-to-market and sales strategies
- Achieve assigned productivity quotas
- Maintain deal throughput in early deal-sales process steps
- Achieve product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience presenting data analytics/AI related software solutions (business-to-business) with a focus on middle market/strategic customer segments
- Previous presales presentation experience
- A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role
- Product certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credential
- Experience leveraging a CRM tool for report generation and sales tracking
- Not require sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., F-1 visa holders)

- Compensation Range: $147,000 - $260,700
- Eligible for sales commissions
- Eligible for discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
