About the Role
This role involves serving food to residents and guests in our Fine Dining in-house restaurant, which features crisp linen tablecloths, fine china, and top-quality fresh ingredients. The dining experience offers made-to-order, seasonal, and regional menus with ever-evolving signature dishes and daily specials. The position offers no late nights, promoting a balanced life.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
- Write food orders and relay orders to the kitchen.
- Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
- Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
- Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
- Maintain required food handlers certifications.
