About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, handling both indoor and outdoor tasks. They assess customer storage needs, sell packing and moving supplies, inspect units, manage cash, make bank deposits, and assist with customer payments and collections.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions
• Sell packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Ensure spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Help customers stay current with payments
• Make reminder and collection calls when required
• Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments
• Climb stairs and open large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks
• Sweep/mop interior areas
• Maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal clean and free of debris

Requirements

• Ability to transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments
• Ability to climb stairs and open large doors
• Valid driver’s license
• Utilize own vehicle to travel between different work locations or for other work-related business
