About the Role
Vision is seeking qualified, experienced Residential and Commercial Real Estate Appraisers to join an expanding team of professionals. The ideal applicant is a self-driven, quick-learning team player, prepared for the challenges and responsibilities of a fast-paced, deadline-driven mass appraisal environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete on-parcel field review of property data to ensure quality and uniform treatment within similar neighborhoods.
- Assist Project Manager with developing and implementing valuation parameters and modeling for assigned projects.
- Interact professionally with taxpayers during informal hearings, completing forms and investigating reported discrepancies.
- Maintain positive relations with clients, the general public, and company personnel.
