About the Role
This position is a one-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process samples from clinical trials
- Perform immunomonitoring using epigenetic qPCR markers, including bisulfite conversion, DNA sample purification, qPCR analyses, data evaluation, and quality control
- Operate pipetting robots
- Manage laboratory organization, equipment maintenance, and order management
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as a biology laboratory technician or technical assistant
- Knowledge and practical experience in handling clinical trial samples
- Knowledge and practical experience in molecular biology methods
- Good understanding of cell biology
- Professional experience with practical workflows in GCP laboratories
- German language skills (at least B1 level)
- Effective English language communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated technical and social competence within a team
- High level of quality awareness
- Adherence to ISO-compliant working methods and documentation
