About the Role
Play a critical role in the discovery and delivery of precision software addressing important customer problems. This position requires analytical prowess, technical expertise, and client-facing diplomacy. Be instrumental in identifying key opportunities, using the platform to discover, define, and deliver precision solutions, and ensuring customer utilization to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and objectives.
- Lead discovery sessions to map crucial processes and identify areas for solutions.
- Define suitable solutions with customers using the Cogna platform.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on delivered solutions.
- Offer ongoing support and advice post-deployment.
- Gather feedback and analyze data post-deployment to refine solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in future solution iterations.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of trends and innovations in utilities, energy, manufacturing, and construction sectors.
