About the Role

This role involves combining deep domain understanding with a passion for problem-solving and value creation. The team develops Clio Operate, an adaptive work management platform for large law firms, enabling tailored solutions for managing work processes in the cloud. This platform helps firms build custom CMS, manage more cases with existing resources, improve profitability, and deliver a market-leading client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions by mapping client requirements to the ShareDo platform through structured discovery.
  • Configure workflows, forms, and templates in a low-code environment while coaching clients on self-sufficiency.
  • Lead delivery across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timelines and estimates are met.
  • Own and evolve a specific solution area, defining best practices and driving innovation.
  • Enhance accelerators (system modules) based on feedback, trends, and implementation insights.
  • Advise on enterprise architecture, integrations, and data models to support scalable solutions.
  • Recommend integration and data strategies aligned with system maintainability and growth.
  • Influence product direction by feeding client insights into the roadmap.
  • Support adoption through mentoring, training, and proactive engagement.
  • Contribute to pre-sales through demos and prototypes that showcase ShareDo’s capabilities.
  • Travel to client sites and cross-functional meetings (~20%).

Requirements

  • Deep subject matter expertise in a commercial domain (e.g., legal process, insurance, corporate law), with a clear vision of best practices and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Legal Financial software such as Aderant, 3E, Bill Blast etc.
  • A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to dive into configuration details and take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Strong consultative skills, with demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders, leading workshops, and aligning business value with delivery priorities.
  • Technical fluency in low-code environments, with a solid understanding of system architecture and integrations.
  • A client-focused approach to change management, with a passion for driving real-world outcomes through training, mentoring, and sustained engagement.
