About the Role

Join Moo Moo Express Car Wash, a fast-growing company committed to delivering fast, eco-friendly services and exceptional customer care. This role offers a clear roadmap for growth, supporting advancement from Team Member to leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Engage potential customers to present monthly unlimited car wash packages.
• Upsell products to existing customers.
• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet customers and ensure satisfaction pre/post wash.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Understand and operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Pitch memberships to new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
