About the Role

This Senior Performance Marketing Manager role focuses on owning, building, and scaling Neuraum's Demand Creation channels, including Paid Social, Display, Native, and Demand Gen (YouTube). The mission is to reach and convert families building homes on the marketplace. This senior individual contributor position offers high ownership, influencing user acquisition, conversion, and qualification at scale within an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Build and scale core acquisition on Meta with end-to-end ownership of the acquisition experience for Paid Social.
Launch, scale, and optimize demand-creation channels beyond Meta, including YouTube, for prospecting and retargeting.
Develop effective creatives and AI-powered workflows for scalable asset production.
Own the full marketing funnel, adjusting ads, landing pages, funnels, and forms from impression to qualified conversion.
Integrate AI into daily workflows for creative research, variant generation, campaign optimization, and analysis.

Requirements

Strong track record in performance marketing, specifically with Meta Ads, and experience in at least one other demand-creation channel (e.g., Display, Native, Demand Gen).
Strong analytical skills for optimizing campaigns across the funnel, focusing on lead quality and value.
Hands-on creative ability with an understanding of advertising psychology to build creatives and workflows.
Experience building and scaling at least one paid channel from scratch.
Demonstrated use of AI in real campaigns to produce creatives or build workflows, showing improved output quality or speed.
Enjoy complex challenges in a collaborative, non-hierarchical setup, with a willingness to adapt.
Possess a positive, team-oriented mindset.
Fluent in German (C1+; native-level preferred for German-market creative) and fluent in English.
