About the Role
This three-month training program prepares individuals for a General Manager role, covering various operational areas. Following the training, a six-month phase as an Auditor, Guest Relation Manager, or Deputy General Manager at various European locations will deepen knowledge. The ultimate goal is to lead an a&o hostel.
Responsibilities
- Complete training in various operational areas, including reception, food & beverage, and house management
- Take on own areas of responsibility after a few months
- Serve as an Auditor, Guest Relation Manager, or Deputy General Manager at European locations
- Lead an a&o hostel

- Ideally possess a car driver's license

- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
