About the Role

Support the legal team with various tasks, including real estate acquisition and financing, contract negotiations (real estate, construction, corporate law), and other legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts for domestic and international real estate acquisitions.
• Assist with contract drafting for co-owners and answer their legal questions.
• Support the preparation of shareholder meetings.
• Create guidelines, checklists, and explanations for data protection and anti-money laundering issues.
• Conduct research, especially in corporate and real estate law.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Law or Business Law.
• Eagerness to work in a young, fast-growing company with an interest in real estate and holiday properties.
• Meticulous and structured work approach.
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality.
• Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken.
• Good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
