About the Role
As part of Lightspeed’s Support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who need assistance, helping with a wide variety of requests all the way from general education to hardware/software investigation and everything in between. Working closely with various global teams at Lightspeed, you will investigate, troubleshoot, test and resolve issues that our hospitality customers may be facing during service.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global, multi-language 24x7 teams across APAC, EMEA, and NOAM.
- Maintain flexibility for working days and shifts, including weekends.
- Provide enthusiastic, positive, and knowledgeable support to hospitality customers, partners, and team members via phone, chat, and email, upholding Lightspeed's Gold Class standard.
- Apply consistent troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document, track, and resolve customer interactions using support platforms.
- Identify, reproduce, and escalate product issues and bugs to the Quality Assurance team, tracking resolution with customers, partners, and team members.
- Advocate for and promote product and service improvements.
- Operate within a roster/schedule to ensure high availability of customer assistance.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or technical support experience.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Basic experience with common online, mobile, and desktop platforms (iOS, Android, OSX, Windows).
