About the Role
This role is within the Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank's Private Bank, a market leader in Germany. The position focuses on serving affluent clients and entrepreneurs, contributing to the bank's goal of being the leading private client bank in Germany and fostering a "Culture of Excellence."
Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio in Wealth Management.
- Identify and leverage client needs and potential through structured strategy discussions.
- Advise on simple client needs and refer complex needs to experienced Wealth Management advisors or specialists.
- Provide investment advisory as a core competence, covering all Wealth Management (securities) products and services.
- Successfully close simple client advisory cases using sales skills.
- Conduct holistic advisory, considering regulatory requirements for securities business.
- Lead structured strategy discussions using available tools, processes, and aids.
- Develop client-facing competence through regular exchange and close collaboration with experienced team members and tandem discussions.
- Maintain personal client relationships for long-term client retention.
Requirements
- Completed training as a bank clerk.
- Advisory experience in the private client sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MiFID-compliant advisory processes and product spectrum.
- Sound knowledge in investments, including financial market developments.
- Experience in appointment scheduling to maximize client potential.
- High degree of customer and service orientation.
- Confident, competent, and friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Enjoy teamwork.
- Demonstrate initiative and assertiveness.
