About the Role

Reddit is expanding its UK operations and seeks a talented sales leader to develop the Mid-Market UK Sales team. This leader requires deep market knowledge, a proven track record in building a strong Mid-Market book of business, and the ability to coach and motivate sales teams in ambiguous environments. This role is crucial to Reddit’s business strategy, focusing on forging world-class partnerships with agencies and brands, and championing company culture and values within the leading European sales organization.

Responsibilities

Set sales strategy and tactics for the UK market to drive revenue growth from Mid-Market Services clients.
Build a strong sales culture, leading the team to exceed revenue targets and role model Challenger sales and sales rigor.
Leverage industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers to support team sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and ensure high team impact.
Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches, marketing communications, and establish Reddit as a leader.
Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring strategic alignment.
Represent Reddit in the UK market by speaking at key industry events.
Lead broader EMEA Mid-Market projects to identify acceleration opportunities and build scalable processes.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in digital media sales
Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
Experience with direct advertiser sales including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships
Proven experience upleveling sales partnerships by accessing C-level client stakeholders
Expertise in showcasing industry-wide leadership ability
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Demonstrated career progression in prior roles
