About the Role

Collaborate with operational squads, becoming an expert in business and data analysis systems to champion data-driven decisions within the Data Operations team. Work in a multinational, diverse, highly motivated, and collaborative team of passionate analysts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to present recommendations, process changes, and new initiatives to management.
• Utilize technical skills for configuration, programming in the data environment, SQL querying, automating data processes, Python deep dive analysis, and adjusting ETL tasks.
• Generate and champion new insights through analyses, dashboards, and storytelling, supporting ideas with data.
• Develop monitoring tools to measure performance and support business objectives.
• Create queries to answer operational and business questions, supporting decision-making across teams.
• Communicate results clearly and impactfully.

Requirements

• Possess strong curiosity to understand root causes and deliver well-founded, actionable results.
• Demonstrate curiosity in AI and its practical applications in analytics, with experience using LLMs or AI-powered tools.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable, with the ability to think independently and proactively collaborate to find solutions.
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers with excellent communication skills.
• Driven to find solutions and consistently exceed expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
