About the Role

Join Arcus FM as an experienced Pest Escalation Specialist to provide consistent, efficient technical support to clients on all pest-related matters. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review client pest processes and provide technical recommendations.
• Conduct site reviews of premises to assess pest control measures and provide technical recommendations.
• Perform site audits to client service level agreements and investigate root causes for insufficient pest control actions.
• Attend client escalation meetings to support management.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in a pest control environment.
• BPCA Level 3 certification.
• Understanding of pest control legislation and business risks.
• Full valid UK driving license.
• Willingness to work out of hours when required.
• Food retail experience (desirable).
• Flexibility to travel to sites across the UK occasionally.
• Knowledge of building fabrics (desirable).
• Extensive experience in a pest control role across any sector or industry.
• Ability to resolve long-standing issues and perform root cause analysis for de-escalation.

Salary/Compensations

• Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Car allowance £3,596 per annum
• Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets
