  • Edit and deliver weekly podcast episodes to the highest standard, crafting narratives that drive strong retention and emotional impact.
  • Cut with precision using 9–13 multicam angles and multiple audio channels, maintaining pacing that keeps millions engaged.
  • Collaborate closely with senior creatives, adapting quickly to feedback and evolving creative direction.
  • Contribute to pre-production outlines and packaging to ensure alignment between recording and post-production.
  • Conduct competitor and trend research to stay ahead of long-form YouTube standards.
  • Share knowledge, systems, and best practices to elevate standards across the editing team.
  • Maintain project files and workflows that are seamless, scalable, and production-ready.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years professional editing experience, with a portfolio of long-form multicam edits (podcasts, interviews, documentaries).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, comfortable with large multicam timelines, syncing, and file management.
  • Deep instinct for pacing, rhythm, and story structure in long-form content.
