Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service.
- Provide tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills and product linking.
- Educate customers on application techniques and product knowledge, maintaining hygiene standards.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in retail events and theme days.
- Maintain professional, polished grooming standards.
- Confidently wear diverse makeup looks aligned with brand aesthetic.
- Attend mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required).
- Maintain self-development through branded online training modules.
- Complete all daily tasks including cleaning testers, brushes, and counter displays.
- Unpack stock, testers, and studio replenishment to designated storage areas.
- Maintain counter visual merchandising.
- Track sales results and time & attendance.
- Recruit new customers, signing them up to the CRM database.
- Handle personal information with integrity.
- Demonstrate an enthusiastic, cooperative team player approach to colleagues, store, and brand management.
Requirements
- Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited), with portfolio or examples required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Open to feedback and committed to professional growth.
- Flexible availability including late nights and weekends.
- Impeccably groomed.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
