About the Role

Build and lead a new paid social team, focusing on Reddit ads as a new client service line. This senior, client-facing role involves strategy, execution, sales pitching, and team building, offering the opportunity to build a practice from scratch with established agency support.

Responsibilities

• Own Reddit ad strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for clients, building playbooks and pricing.
• Manage Siege's paid social, including retargeting and Meta/LinkedIn campaigns for sales pipeline.
• Provide sales support by joining prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements.
• Build and manage a paid social team, hiring and training associates as revenue grows.
• Develop service infrastructure including templates, QA processes, attribution, and reporting standards for paid social.

Requirements

• 5+ years running paid social campaigns in an agency, ideally with Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta experience.
• Proven B2B and B2C experience, particularly in SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech, with pipeline optimization knowledge.
• Strong client-facing comfort, able to confidently conduct quarterly reviews with marketing VPs.
• Strong written communication for polished client emails, strategies, and reports.
• "Builder energy" and excitement for scaling a service line from scratch.

Skills

• Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, custom audiences).
• Experience with ChatGPT ads.
• Prior experience building or scaling a paid social practice within an agency.
• Familiarity with B2B attribution challenges (multi-touch, dark social, self-reported attribution).
• Active network in B2B SaaS or content marketing.
