About the Role
This role supports the Technical Manager in all technical aspects of project compliance with relevant standards. It involves coordinating technical activities, managing project documentation, and assisting in ensuring construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards. The role works closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery. This role will be site based with some occasional travel to our head office in Uxbridge.
Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Manager in project compliance with relevant standards.
- Coordinate technical activities.
- Manage project documentation.
- Assist in ensuring efficient, safe, and standard-compliant construction project execution.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver design or design aspects for projects on time, to budget, and quality standards.
- Proven experience reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specifications.
- Full, up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and current industry standards.
- Knowledge of modern construction techniques, including high-rise concrete frame and high-risk buildings.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practice and latest products and specifications available in the marketplace.
